www.terra-forma.eu is owned by TERRA FORMA SINGLE MEMBER P.C. (VAT EL802836673, GEMI 183667101000), Leof. Markopoulou 2 km, 19002 Paiania, Greece.

2. Purpose of the site

This site presents the company, the brands it distributes and its wholesale terms. No sales take place on it. Retail purchases are made at 8000kicks.gr under that store’s terms. Wholesale orders are only binding once confirmed in writing with a proforma invoice.

3. Information and prices

We make every effort to keep information accurate. Descriptions, colourways and availability may change without notice. Published wholesale terms are indicative; the binding terms are those on the proforma invoice.

4. Intellectual property

The TERRA FORMA and 8000Kicks marks, and the site’s text, photographs and graphics, belong to their owners and are used under licence. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

5. Third-party links

The site links to third parties (e.g. social networks). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

6. Liability

Visitors use the site at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by temporary unavailability or technical errors.

7. Governing law

Greek law applies. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
